Exercising and Acne

I've been on Dan's regimen for 9 months now, with moderate results. However, I find that whenever I exercise, and perspire heavily, my acne gets worse in the days that follow.

Does anyone have any advice on how to avoid this? I'm not going to quit exercising, obviously.

wash/shower after you exercise or soon after (within an hour sounds good)

try a warm/hot water dip before you actually start washing your face or other acne prone areas to get off excess oil/sweat so you don't push it back into your pores when you are touching with your hands/fingers
