Will I receive the new or old?

Recommended Posts

I ordered Dan's BP Gel and Cleanser two days ago, and I just saw Dan's post about the ingredients being altered for, what seems to be, the better. I was wondering if I would be getting the new BP and cleanser or the old?

I placed an order earlier this week and got it on Friday, it was the new gel but the original cleanser. So, I'd say it is likely that you will get the new gel, but not sure on the Cleanser.

woah really? I figured he'd get rid of the old stuff before he sent the new out...now I'm excited, I might get the new! I know the new ingredient in the gel is urea, but how can I tell if i got the new cleanser?

I thought that label was changed a while ago...I figured mine said Clear Skin because he was getting rid of all the leftover CSR ones before selling the ones labed Dan Kern. Oh well though. Yay new products!

Thanks guys. ;] I'll check it out when I get it delivered. (Hopefully on the first half of this week, since I paid a ton extra for the fastest shipping.)

Yeah I just got mine, same thing as Brandy. Which is cool, because I'm starting to not feel that dry after cleansing anymore.

Concerning the BP, our question on that thread has not yet been answered: if it "feels and works identical," like Dan says, why is there even an ingredint change...? Any of the mods know?

I think the old BP formula had benzyl alcohol in it. Maybe they thought that it was causing a problem for some people's skin.

The ingredient change came as a request from our manufacturer. They sent a sample and it feels and acts identical. The ingredients they changed are the ones that are in there in tiny amounts.
