what foods contain zinc?

Meat, liver, seafood especially oysters, wheat germ, brewers yeast, pumpkin seeds, eggs, nonfat dry milk, ground mustard

The best sources of Zinc are meat, especially red meat. Don't be afraid to eat meat, I doubt that it makes anyone's acne worse, unless they are allergic to a certain kind of meat.

SEEDS: Pumpkin and sesame seeds.

NUTS: Brazil, cashews, pecans and pine nuts.

CHEESE: Parmesan, emmental and cheddar cheese.

Anchovies, Miso, chicken breast, tofu and whole milk :dance:
