I can only speak for myself but I won't sweat/exercise with BP on. Every time I go to the gym I wash the BP off in the sink beforehand. From personal experience it's pretty disgusting when a mixture of BP and sweat starts running down your face, and especially disgusting when some of it drips into your mouth and you can taste the BP.

Personally I wouldn't exercise with BP on. I don't think it will make a huge difference if you wash it off beforehand (in terms of breaking out I mean) and it would be even better if you could wait say 5-6 hours between applying BP and working out. That way it would have a while to have been on your skin and your nightly application wouldn't be too far away.

I don't think it's the BP that goes white after exercising if you're using Dan's gel, but rather the moisturizer. Some moisturizers turn white when you get a little water on them, this was one of many reasons why I hated Purpose Dual Action Moisturizer SPF 15. It might actually be the SPF ingredients that go chalky when you sweat or get rain on your face, though I'm not sure.
