I messed up...

Recommended Posts

EDIT: Nevermind, I thought the cleanser was a mosturizer... I do have a question though, is it okay not to mosturize?

if you have really oily skin and your face doesnt dry out, the yeah its ok to not moisturise. However even if you face dries out a bit, you need to replenish the moisture or you will do more harm than good.

If you're just starting out, you definitely need to moisturize, no matter whether you have oily skin or not. You might find that you only need to moisturize once a day or that you only need to use a little bit, but you still should moisturize. Lots of people with oily skin think that they don't need to moisturize and so they leave out the step, but later when they don't have the results they want, adding a moisturizer in can make all the difference.

Also, dryness typically takes about 4 days to set in after starting the regimen, and your skin can become very tight and flaky if you don't use moisturizer to prevent this.

DITTO! If the moisturizer was optional, Dan would have said so. The amount of oil you have doesnt have anything to do with the amount of moisture in your skin. Lorrie
