should i add an AHA or stay natural?

Recommended Posts

ok so i just bought 2 things..lac-hydrin 5, and a nature's gate moisturizer that has a lot of calming herbs and ingredients..i gotta change something up, i'm kinda stuck in one place, acne not getting any better nor worse..should i add lac-hydrin 5, or stick with staying natural and calming with the nature's gate moisturizer? i don't want to irritate my already insane sensitive skin that's still beat down from bp (that i stopped months ago), but maybe LH5 would help. i already manually exfoliate every day.. i also don't wanna screw up the progress i've made without using a harsh/semi-harsh product like LH5 is for some people.. what should i do ?

Well to do things of it doesn't take the fun out of natural foods. Such things you can put in that category is the book "Natural Cures They don't want you to know about". Taking chances it doesn't hurt too bad unless it makes everything, you know, fresh or even homemade pizza.

Well... if you've already bought the Lac-hydrin 5 and Nature's Gate moisturizer, then you may as well try them! I don't know anything about either one, but I really like the Alpha Hydrox Souffle which has a much higher concentrate (12% I think) of AHA than the Lac-hydrin 5 which, I suppose, has just 5% AHA. It will take some time to see results, but I certainly think it's worth a try. If you're at all hesitant, use one exclusively for a couple of weeks before mixing the other one into your new-found regimen.
