4/2/07: No new breakouts

* Fish Oil / Milk Thistle Supplements

* ACV + Aloe Vera Cocktail

* Protein Shake

* Ground Beef Marinera

* Apple

* Carrots

* Green Smoothie w/ baby spinach

* Protein Shake

* Celery w/ Almond Butter

* ACV + Aloe Vera Cocktail

* Chicken Breast w/ BBQ Sauce

* Celery w/ Almond Butter

* Fish Oil / Milk Thistle Supplements

Wise man; keeping a log to narrow things down. :cool:

I had a massive break out a few months ago and I went through everything (clothes, food, products) to see what was giving me grief... turned out to be the talcum powder I started using a week before.

Ya it's sort of weird. I'll go through stages of no new major pimples for about a week and then suddenly like 3 big ones followed by a few small ones will attack. Hopefully I can figure this out and have one less thing to worry about.

keep up a heavy carrot/broccoli/onion/spinach/cauliflower/etc. intake and any other food problems shouldn't hurt you as much

No, actually just the marinara sauce with ground beef since I'm trying to avoid gluten and grains

4/5/07: No new breakouts...face seems a bit smoother (maybe) [1 new medium sized guy popped up later]

* Red Tea w/ honey and lemon

* Chicken Breast w/ Swiss cheese and avocado

* Broccoli, carrots, a few french fries (I ordered rice damnit!)

* Fish Oil Capsule / Milk Thistle

* Green Smoothie w/ Lamb's Lettuce / protein

* Beef Marinara

* Chicken Breast

* Tuna w/ avocado, red pepper, relish + a little mayo & lemon juice

* Fish Oil + Milk Thistle
