How far along are you? What percentage? Did you change anything in your routien? Are the types of pimples the same as what you were getting before?

A lot of people complain they get a new crop of zits around 6-8 weeks on Retin A Micro, myself included. I usually clear and stay clear around 12 weeks (3 months). I am notorius for using RAM until I'm clear and then stopping (obviously not a smart idea). Please give it one more month.

Has the break outs stayed persistant? Or did it get better and then worse again?

I believe its getting better, since I stopped taking dairy products and mulivitamin(containing iodine).

Reason im using RAM is to improve the appearance of my scars and skin.

Thanks for the help klvoe!

I think it will. As LionQueen, one of the moderators, always says: "Progress is not linear." I find with retinoids, sometimes as the skin begins improving, we take a pimple or two a lot worse than we would've before we started the treatment because we've started to see results. I have stopped and started Retin A so many times, only to realize how much I was truly benefitting from it. Stick with it and you'll be happy :)
