As long as you know the really bad side effects associated with high levels of b5, go for it, but otherwise I would suggest not to do it

Here's one for example. If you want to get bald, go for it 😛

heh, in other words, don't do it!

I wouldn't suggest buying that off of EBay period.

I bet you the guys who where experiencing baldness where not taking the recommended B complex vitamins, Megadoses of vitamin B5 it says, may deplete the other B complex vitamins, specially biotin, all you need to do is take a B complex vitamin with Biotin in it to balance .,im willing to give it a shot if ts going to rid of my body acne.,

I wouldn't buy it from eBay.

I get mine from: iherb [Link removed]

They have fair shipping prices also.

I also order a B Complex from the same store: iherb [Link removed]

I've been taking about 10 grams of B5 a day with the B Complex and have noticed almost no side effects. The only side effect I had was that my hands seemed to get dried out. This could also be because I live in Arizona and play lots of outdoor sports.

Hi. I'm interested about how long this regime has worked for. Thanks
