Scars No More: Forces of Nature

Recommended Posts

Have any of you guys heard of this product? http://www.fonoils.com/scarsnomore.html

I emailed them and they sent a response saying that this can improve indented scars. The copy on the site states: Fresh wounds treated topically for several days with Scars No More will heal without complication. Old scars are also dramatically reduced using Scars No More. Applied topically, the ingredients in Scars No More are always gentle and always work when directions are followed. Existing scars will take anywhere from 1-3 months for results.

That is what I thought when I read the description, thus the email. Since they said it could improve indents, I thought about giving it a go. I know what you mean about topicals and $$$$$ #-o #-o #-o

This really bugs me. I wish they would stop talking about scarring in generic terms. Even in reading the patent for Perricon's ALA product they talk about benefit on hypertrophic scarring and then talk about decreased scar depth. Depth to me would imply an indentation. So what gives???

After reading that webpage, it really does seem to be used primarily for raised scars, not indentations. It wouldn't surprise me if they either, didn't know what it was for or didn't know what an indentation was.
