Ok, so that's my face. Here is the list of what I do/use.

After cereal, before school:

Application of Clindamycin Phosphate Lotion

Before bed:

Application of Clindamycin Phosphate Lotion (twice a week replaced by Tretinoin Cream)

Retin-A nightly

Now, my diet isn't too well. I eat lots of junk food (fast food, chocolate). I also touch my face sometimes. I don't regularly wash my face.

I know I should use warm water in the shower, and another time of the day, and I do not dry it with a towel, but with non-fanned air. What else do I do? I know my flaws. Retin-A disallows excessive time in the sun, but in school, I have a moderate amount of time spent in the sun. Any pointers? I really am depressed with acne.
