I personally don't like scrubs or manual exfoliation. I prefer to use AHA moisturizers.

What moisturizer are you currently using?

I am using cetaphil right now without the spf 15.... Does that AHA stuff make you sensitive to the sun?? How is it as a long term product?

Yes, any AHA product can leave you a bit more sun sensitive. Just use a sunscreen when you are going to be outside, or avoid the sun.

the AHA content in OTC products such as lac hydrin(lactic acid) and neutrogena (glycolic acid) probably wouldnt be too harsh to amke your skin sun sensitive, as they are neutralised down to a less penetrating pH.

brandy is right

i tried to exfoliate back in the day and it caused a lot of problems

u may remove the dead skin but i guarantee you will cause irritation

and irritation = acne :(

jus stick to the regimen an remember to be GENTLE

its possibly the biggest part of it all :) hehe
