Variation on the regimen

Recommended Posts

I found a brief summary of the regimen about a year ago. by necessity, i needed to adapt it some, but have found a good use for 10% bp.

I mix it 1 part to 3 with moisturizer to make a 2.5% solution in my hand.

Way more affordable and it works really well for me.

I have seen about a 75% decrease in scarring over time. Scarring has been my major issue. I never had tons of bumps, but the dark marks stayed a long time. The regimen has been great, but now i'm looking to step up my skin's clarity a little more, so I'm attempting to fine-tune my routine. I also want a way to use sunscreen and keep preventing breakouts.

Just found this site. Wow. The real regimen is a little different from what I recall reading last year!

For example, I used Eucerin moisturizer, I exfoliated to get rid of flaking (!!) and I used astringent and wasn't particularly gentle with the cleansing.

I hope this helps someone.

The hand mixed combo goes on kind of thick, but then disappears into skin witha pretty dry-looking finish.

The neutrogena cream always looks white when it's on. :shifty:

Any tips on incorporating sunscreen into this?
