i drank while on it, but i had a pretty low dosage. if you do drink, i'd advise not drinking to much. it didn't really effect me much, but i only drink maybe twice-three times a month and usually just drink a few beers. don't drink that often, keep it under control, and you should be fine.

I was a sophomore in college the first time I was on Accutane so of course I drank while on it and I was shit-faced on it. Didn't hurt me but the first time you do drink, take it slow.

I drank all the time whilst on Accutane and it didnt have any side effects but did stop the drug from doing anything. Alchol is bad for your skin in general though i now only drink every now and then. Saved money that way aswell

Alcohol is not only hard on your liver (in general, but your liver's already under stress with Accutane) but it also dehydrates your body, and staying hydrated on Accutane is a must.
