red brown marks on face

hi,

I got red/brown marks on my skin and i was wondering if they will fade over time? will tanning actually help? i already read the faq but couldn't find the answer i was looking for...

Most likely they will fade over time. Usually 6-12mths.

Mandelic acid can help speed up the process.

For some reason tanning beds make them more apparent (red and brown marks) but I think the natural sun helps conceal them. -atleast for me it does. Personally I would steer clear from tanning beds.

I stopped using the BP when I started with the mandelic b/c it became unnecessary. However, I am older and maybe my skin was just calming down anyhow, but the mandelic is pretty drying so you can give it a shot.

I think the vinegar and tape method works too with the mandelic stuff. I used it and I had a shallow red mark a little indented and its totally gone in like 2 months. O:)
