I had run out of acne medication, and had a couple pimples so I went ahead and used neosporin-type antibiotic gel instead. I woke up the next morning and the redness and size of the pimples shrank tremendously.

So I guess if you guys ever are running low on acne medication, give your neosporin a shot? Haha.

Yeah definately don't use it more than a week. Or spread it all over you're face, spot treatment only. There is a whole big thread somewhere about neosporin and acne and about using it long term, something about bacteria and other things.
