I use the combination every morning. The ACV didn't do as much for my red marks as I expected, but I think doing any more than once a day would be too irritating. Remember to dilute the ACV with water.

ACV - diluted with purified water, with a few drops of tea tree oil thrown in, has been a miracle solution for my skin. It brought me from moderate to mild in 4 weeks. I also put tea tree oil on any active blemishes or blackheads and they go away pretty quick. Baking soda = I break out every time I use it and my skin burns. I just experienced a breakout from using a gentle buf puf, so I now vow to no longer scrub my skin with anything. The ACV works as a very gentle exfoliant.
