Dieting = More acne???

Alright... I am wondering if anyone found that cutting down on food actually promotes acne?? Basically the body isn't receiving enough nutrients??

Usually, no.

The reason you have so much acne is because people usually consume too much food.

However, dieting can be stressful on the body, and if you do it too harshly, the stress will cause acne.

I would gradually decrease what you eat, and more than anything, replace what you eat.

ie: instead of eating ice cream, eat carrots.

I'm not good at dieting, so others may be more helpful.
