well some people are prescribed 150mg and so on... this will be the only day with this high dosage

my guess is it won't clear up your acne faster, but your skin will be red and irritated. as well as flakey and super dry.

What were you prescribed? Accutane works best when you spread it out over long periods. If you use 300mg in one day, won't you have to go without it for awhile until you get a refill on your prescription? For example, if your dose is 40mg per day and you're taking 300mg in one day, you're forcing yourself to be without Accutane for over a week before your course is over.
