So it's cold out, dry skin

So I was using dip method and it was really nice. There has been a dramatic shift in weather from 40 degrees to like 10 degrees and my skin is getting really dry. I suppose thats the cause of my sudden outbreak of acne. I keep getting acne on one side of my cheek and it is starting to get really annoying. I tried to pop it but I can't seem to because the skin is too soft there so I can't squeeze it with a q-tip. Sometimes I pop it and it just forms back a week or two later. Any ideas what I should do. It's only on one side of my face.
