Fruit and Clear skin?

Thanks for posting!! I always aim for an apple a day. I cannot possibly eat as much fruit as they reccommend because I try to incorporate veggies, nuts, and proteins as well.

I learned that the best skin fruits are apples, all berries, cherries, grapes, etc

Bad ones ive learned are: bananas, mangos, papaya, dried fruits, etc because of their high sugar content
