Take it with your largest meal of the day, which usually contains the most fats. It's best to use healthy fats as much as possible like those found in oily fish like salmon, nuts, olive oil, and avocado - but a cheeseburger and fries will still work as far as absorption goes although your blood lipids might increase if you are eating like that a lot.
