Lac-hydrin 5

Recommended Posts

I'm thinking about stopping the reg for a little while and see what happens..question is, does lac-hydrin 5 do anything for acne itself, with no bp? i heard that the lac acid helps with the little tiny bumps (i only get them on my forehead).. should i just wash and put nothing on, or just moisturizer (lac-hydrin 5) after washing? i'm stopping because of the crazy general discoloration and redness (no matter what i do, so plz dont try to tell me about how to stop the redness). i'm pretty clear, and i wanna stop everything all together (bp and makeup) and see what happens. LHF or no LHF?

AHAs such as Lactic acid and Glycolic acid alone after gentle cleansing with non medicated cleanser do work well.

Read the reviews of these

Also pubmed.gov and others have alot of trials showing AHAs alone as good for acne...

Urea is also an important consideration as well as using sun block such as Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide.

Being gentle and not making your skin irritated is very important.

BP screwed my skin up, I only use a gentle cleanser and a moisturiser with lactic acid and titanium dioxide which doesnt hurt my face or make it red. This alone has improved my skin, and stopped the flakes and spots heal faster. With BP they turned into red marks that lasted over a year instead of weeks.

The BP washes dont seem as bad but they depend on how long you leave them on.
