Soap for back?

Recommended Posts

I have back acne. Not that bad really. It inst very red and there are clusters of it, but its there. When i'm in the shower should I use normal soap on it or just leave it be? It's nothing that bothers me really but if theres something i'm doing wrong or should be doing why not ask.

I've seen a lot people here mention head&shoulders for acne on the back. I've used it myself on my shoulders and it did help..it's a little drying thought. It can't hurt to try it though right?

My derm recommended PanOxyl Bar Soap. It is a benzoil peroxide soap. It worked pretty well (for many reasons, I went on tane and my back is clear  ). If you use it, only use it on your back...no sensitive parts!

There is a also an over the counter sulfer based scrub you could try. It's pretty pricey though...about $20 for a bottle.
