Advice on these combination of Vitamins/Minerals please

Over the past couple of months I have been eating much more healthy but also have decided to supplement my diet with vitamins and minerals that are known to benefit the immune system particulary the skin. My immune system is pretty kaput because I have Crohns disease I really cant help but think this is the major reason I have started getting acne.

This is what I'm currently taking:

Morning

Zinc Picolinate 25mg (considering taking 50mg? but not sure about the health issues involved)

Vitamin E 400 I.U.

Vitamin C 500mg

Evening

Vitamin A 8000 I.U.

B100 Complex (but I plan to only take that amount for a month then go down to B50)

Vitamin C 500mg

I was wondering if you guys see any potential conflict between the vitamins/minerals, I mean I really dont want to be spending the money on all of this for them not to be absorbed correctly.

I dont for one minute think it will completely get rid of my acne, but if it improves the overal health of my skin then I think its worth it :). Any input would be appreciated.
