I've just started a regimen with Vitamin A (8000 IU), Vitamin C (1000mg), Vitamin E (400 IU) and Zinc (25mg) .... all of these vitamins help the immune system and are directly related to the health of your skin. If you are trying Vitamin A dont go above 10000 IU a day and, anything below 10000 IU can do you no harm so why not give it a go? It wont make your skin worse thats for sure. I've actually discussed this with my derm because Accutane is not an option for me.

Whatever you do just dont megadose, its the most stupid you could ever do to your body, esp. with Vitamin A that is one of the worse ones you could ever megadose on.

I've been taking this for 3 days and no new spots have appeared but its way to early to be expecting it to be like some cure or smth that will always keep my clear.
