Anyone know of any gluten free recipes?

Healthy Grilled Herbed Fish

1 serving

25 minutes 5 mins prep

1 fish fillet (firm) *COD is great!

1/2 ripe tomato, sliced

2 cloves garlic (Finely Chopped)

1/4 white onion (Ringed)

1 teaspoon ginger juice

1/2 teaspoon olive oil

1/2 tablespoon oregano

1/2 tablespoon basil

sprinkle cracked black pepper

1/4 orange

1/4 lemon

sea salt (optional)

1. Cut a piece of tin foil big enough to wrap round the fish twice.

2. Brush the middle portion of foil with olive oil.

3. (Where the fish will sit on top) Place the fish fillet on top of the greased foil.

4. Rub ginger juice into fish.

5. Sprinkle a pinch of pepper on top of fillet.

6. Spread the Oregano and Basil evenly over the top of fillet.

7. Sprinkle the finely chopped garlic over the top of herbs.

8. Rest the tomato slices on top.

9. Arrange the Onion rings over the fillet.

10. Squeeze the juice of both the orange and the lemon over the whole fillet.

11. Grate the zest of both the orange and lemon on the top.

12. Wrap up the fish with all the ingredients in the foil.

13. Place the envelope in the grill and grill at 400F for 20 minutes.

14. Turn the grill off and let it sit in the grill for another 10 minutes.

15. Remove the envelope, cut an "X" on the top, place on plate and serve.

STEAMED BROCCOLI WITH OLIVE OIL, GARLIC, AND LEMON

This recipe can be prepared in 45 minutes or less.

1 small bunch broccoli (about 3/4 pound) *or CAULIFLOWER

1 garlic clove

1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

Discard tough lower third of broccoli stem. Peel remaining stem and cut crosswise into 1/2-inch-thick slices. Cut broccoli into 2-inch florets. In a steamer set over boiling water steam broccoli, covered, until crisp-tender, 4 to 5 minutes.

While broccoli is steaming, finely chop garlic and in a small skillet combine with oil, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste. Heat garlic mixture over moderate heat until garlic is fragrant. In a bowl toss broccoli with garlic mixture.

Serves 2.

Banana Raisin Salad

3 bananas

6 lettuce leaves

3 tbs. mayonnaise type salad dressing *not sure if it contains gluten

¾ tsp. cinnamon

¼ cup plus 2 tbs. raisins

Split bananas.

Arrange on a brad of lettuce leaves. Spread mayonnaise type salad dressing down centers of banana halves.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with raisins.

Healing Smoothie

This is a great drink for anyone, especially those with ulcers. This drink has soothing qualities which protect and heal the stomach lining.

1 firm kiwi fruit, peeled

1/4 cantaloupe, with skin

1 ripe banana

1. Push kiwi fruit and cantaloupe through the hopper.

2. Place juice and banana in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

3. Pour into a tall glass, drink immediately and enjoy!!

Lettuce sandwiches

green-leaf lettuce

1 large ripe mango, peeled, pitted and diced

1 small cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced

Half a medium red onion, finely diced

2 to 3 tbsp fresh lime juice

2 to 3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (or more to taste)

1 tbsp olive oil

Pinch of cayenne pepper

salt

pepper

mix everything except lettuce then wrap what can fit in a lettuce leaf.

Green Smoothies

1 orange (juiced)

1 mango

1 cup pineapple (demi-frozen)

2 handfuls organic spinach

2.5 cups water

1 cup ice cubes

1-2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon flax meal (optional)

1 banana

1 mango

1 pear

2 handfuls green-leaf lettuce

1-2 tbsp honey

2 cups water

4 ice cubes

1 tbsp flax meal

1 apple (with peel)

1 mango (almost completely ripe)

1 orange (juiced, w/ a little pulp)

2 handfuls of romaine lettuce

2.5 cups of cold water

2 tablespoons of raw wild honey.

1 banana

1 kiwi

2 handfuls romaine/green-leaf lettuce

2 cups water

1 tbs honey

1 tbs flax meal

1 tbs extra-virgin coconut oil

1 banana

1 fuji apple

1 orange (peeled)

2 handfuls of green-leaf lettuce

2.5 cups water

1 tablespoon flaxmeal

1 tablespoon wild honey

1 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil

1 banana

1 kiwi

1 apple

2 handfuls romaine lettuce

2-3 cups water

1 tbs honey

1 tbs flax meal

My usual egg & tomato breakfast

1 poached egg

sliced tomato

sliced raw garlic

sea salt & pepper to taste

i get most of my recipes online like epicurious.com, bhg.com, whfoods.com, etc.

at my local Henry's market, they have items specifically labeled "Gluten Free" i cant say stuff exactly. but if you have a Henrys nearby, check it out
