Grape juice, apple juice etc

If you check the labels they usually say they're high in sugar. Yet they're fructose sugar... I think. Would it be bad to have more than one glass a day?

The thing about juices is that they don't contain fiber which helps slowing down absorption of sugar.

Whole is always better.

Yea, I would suggest either eat real fruit or make your own juices or smoothies using fresh fruits instead of buying juice at the store because they usually have a lot of added sugars and other crap...
