The pores on my nose are kinda big and then look like they have something in them

some are black dots and some are clogged, they look like they are blocked with dirt or something, i dunno what it is, and its making my nose red, (i think thats whats causing the redness, i may b wrong)

im not really getting any breakouts, just constant blockness

what are these things and how can i clean them out?

any suggestions?

thanks

they are open comodones, aka blackheads. most people get these on their nose. use something with salicylic acid to get rid of them. it may take a while, like a few weeks for it to work.

Try steaming your face too, which should loosen them.

Try using Pore Cleansing strips on em... most ppl say they suck, but i think they're awesome. You have to wait until it's totally dried on your nose for it to work proper tho, which i think is where a lot of ppl go wrong.

fatman, i tried the biore nose strips. what a load of garbage that was. i put it on my nose and it says wait 15 minutes, i waited 30 minutes, the thing was as hard as a rock, and it suceeded in ripping the first layer of flesh off of my nose, yet didn't remove 1 single blackhead. ripoff.

I would say your not using biore strips correctly. You should only leave on far 15 to 18 minuets. And dont wet your nose to much when you put them on, you only want you nose a little moist. The strips wont get out black heads that are really deep though, only ones near the surface.
