no problem, I did some but then stopped as I I could see or feel no difference at all.

but acupuncture is about energies so this can only contribute to your overall health.

acupuncture is amazing...i use it for my immune system not acne, but it works wonders.

I've had it all through my accutane treatment and it's fine - sometimes it hurts a little more but that's all!

I've heard great things about accupuncture..... including helping hormonal acne a lot!

If you end up doing treatments, please report back here and tell us how it went! :D

oops, forgot to add..... I'd wait till after tane, or consult your derm to see if it would be okay

Well I have a low immune system as well, so that can be beneficial for me. It can treat a bunch of other things too. PMS cramps, which I get alot. It can help with stress. I really looked up into it.

Yes, i'm going to ask my derm. Just wondering if anyone here has done it.

Also, does health insurance even cover it?

Health insurance probably doesn't cover it, it's usually considered "alternative" treatment. I don't see any reason why you couldn't have acupuncture while on Accutane, but you should check with your derm just in case.
