Scars in morning vs. night

Recommended Posts

This may sound trivial, but using moisturizer helps to reduce the amount of fluid loss as the day progresses. Earlier this week, I was trying out a lotion with salicylic acid in it instead of my regular moisturizer, and my face looked horrible at the end of the day. It took me a while to figure out what was going on, but as soon as I switched back to my moisturizer, I was back to normal.

Acid can be pretty useful for controlling breakouts and exfoliating the skin, but remember to keep your skin moisturized.
