DMBsDreamGrl 0 Share Posted October 16, 2006 I'm sitting here trying to figure this question out and it's driving me crazy so I thought someone here could help me out, I'd really appreciate it, the question is :Your doctor gives you a prescription and a pregnancy test lab slip. Before you fill the prescription you :A. Take your guide, The iPLEDGE Program Guide to isotretinoin for Female Patients Who Can Get Pregnant, with you to the pharmacy B. Get your pregnancy test done. C. Sign your informed consent each month.

beentheredonethat 6 Share Posted October 16, 2006 You're welcome. And just in case you are wondering why the other answers are not correct, A - you never need to bring your entire program guide to the pharmacy - just your ID card, and at any rate the pregnancy results have to be in the system before they will dispense. And C - you only need to sign the informed consent once.
