please help- topical antibiotics

heres the dealio: i was on oxytetracycline for about two years, on and off. it cleared me up big time. but i felt

so tired and my skin felt so sensitive. i came off. i thought i was managing to keep spots at bay with

this chinese herb lotion, but its comin back.

my acne is in a really concentrated area on my chin. do u think an topical antibiotic would work as well,

as the oral did.. and Which do u recomend?

clyndamycin, erythromycine, benzamycin, dualic......

hmm i'm not tooo sure I know that breakouts on your chin and like jawline area tend to be hormonal, for women at least. I could imagine similar causes for guys, i'm not sure, and usualy pills take care of that. but what do i know. topicals do help though. ask your derm. he'd know best
