Damned zit!!

I had a deeper zit recently that broke underneath the skin. I don't touch my face and try to be very careful with it, but days progressing, the zit became a very dark purple. Immediately I knew it wasn't a zit anymore, but it had exploded underneath and was pooled with blood. It had been there for weeks and wasn't changing at all. So I took a tiny needle and drained some of the blood. Immediately the blood came out and I was left with a small indent. What can I do to help it fill in?

You may want to massage put on some topical retinoid and glycolic acid just in that one area to speed up healing and maturation of the early scar.

Hopefully it's not an ice-pick scar b/c those can be hard to treat.
