Just curious here--Are there certain foods that tend to aggravate the redness of previous scars/recently surfaced pimples/etc for you? I've noticed that sometimes I go through periods where (surprisingly) the acne isn't 'too' bad, but the redness left behind from previous %&*$ can flare up. For me at least, I think I've noticed it happens anytime I increase wheat, dairy, sugar, and lack of sleep. Any of these have the same effect for you?

for me it's more of itchiness...and dull skin the next day. it's chicken, crab, white bread, junk foods, wafers, chips, etc. that give me such problems
