Need expert advice

I want to know if the following foods list is ok to eat or could contribute to acne?

Flaked Light Tuna Fish

!!

100% Whole Wheat Whole Grain Home made bread

-- IT NEEDS HONEY AND MOLASSES 2tbsp of each (are they ok?)

-- BUTTER 2tbsp

-- YEAST 1 3/4 tsp

-- 3 3/4 cups of whole wheat flour

!!

Bananas

Tangerines

Apples

(Miracle Whip) Mayonnaise?! -- If not ok, any kind of mayo ok or nothing at all?

Mozzarella Cheese

Chicken

Tomatoes

Lettuce

How good are these foods? If I should avoid any, or should I add some that will help my skin/acne?

Limit high sugar fruits

Tunas ok

Avoid bread thats not sprouted or Sour leavened

Butter has Zero effect on acne and is healthy even in moderate amounts (free range is best)

This is extreme...you may find some stuff you 'can' eat that ppl say avoid. Look into why ppl advise avoiding these foods to understand how they affect you.

Well everyone's different is the thing. Personally... banannas are fine for me, tangerines aren't in season so I'm not eating them, apples are GREAT for me, mayo doesn't seem to have any bad effect, mozzarella I love but it's a no-no, chicken is fine for me, tomatoes are fine for me , and lettuce is a definite skin healthy food... And the wheat bread would be a no no...

Without the butter, honest and molasses, I cannot make the 100% whole wheat bread. :doh:

Some honey is all right. But I would have to agree that molasses and butter have no place in that list you provided. Also, the mayonnaise should be excluded. My apologies. The rest is fine.
