so i was to the derm today(monthly checkup for accutane) so he looked and told me that i had "secondary bacterial infection" then after a bit of prescribing and such, he gave a more direct name (i think?) and told me that some of my acne was infected with "super-imposed bacteria" or something like that(i dont rememeber actual wording). so he prescribed me to something called "erythromycin" i'm thinking its an anti-bacterial, but does anyone know anything? and im still on tane.

they often use it for ear infections.

I'm the same, i'm on doxycycline aswell as roaccutane to clear up my IB. The warning leaflet with the accutane says that you should not take any tetracyclines at the same time as accutane, it can lead to incresed pressure in the brain but its very very rare, i was taking accutane for 5 days then i started taking the doxycycine aswell, no problems to report so far.
