Anything rich in pre-formed Vitamin A. This includes organ meats like liver and foods which have been supplemented with high amounts of Vitamin A. If the Vitamin A is in the form of a carotene like beta carotene for instance, that's fine since it's actually a precursor and your body won't convert it unless it needs to.

And if your lipid tests are high you should avoid excessive amounts of trans-fat and saturated fat and instead should get your fat from mono and poly unsaturated fats.
