For how long time have you been on the regimen ?

But I think its different from person to person - but if you just started then slow down with BP.

Maybe a better moisturizer would do it also - which one do you use now ?

(we need more information before we can give you a sufficient answer)

I've been on for to close to 1 month and a half.

I currently use cetaphil, dan's suggestion and the cetaphil SPF 15 during day, the thing is the daytime one i'm not to sure how I like it. It stings alittle and makes me itchy sometimes.

some days my skin is extra sensitive (like if i forgot to moisturize the day before or if i washed an extra time cus i went to the gym at wierd time in the day or if i spent too much time in the sun). on those days ill apply about half a finger of bp instead of the full dose, but generally i try to keep consistent with the bp dosage cus thats what really keeps those pimples at bay.
