If you stop eating red meat...

If you (or me) stopped eating red meat, what could you replace it with to get the same benefits? I like to eat a lot and i work out 3-4 days. Could I switch to grilled chicken breast?

Any suggestions would be great, thanks...

i dont eat any meat but i eat lots of pasta which has many benifits to your body including the skin

juz eat tuna fish, fish fillet and tuna fish sandwich... and a ton of water for mass protien...

also drink protien supplements
