Couple of questions about the regimen

I'm thinking of starting the regimen but I have a couple questions. What do you do when you go to the gym or play basketball or something that makes you sweat? Like if I do the regimen in the morning, but I go to the gym in the afternoon. Shouldn't I wash my face after I sweat? I would have to take a shower afterwards, so that would wash off the bp. I even have a badminton class that doesn't get done till 11:00am, and I get all sweaty from it and I need to take a shower. Then what?
