The obvious answer: It depends.

It depends on the severity of your acne, your age, sex, history, health status, insurance coverage, and on and on and on. Talk to your doctor before you decide to make a request, or at least plan ahead.

well accutane is the best i think. but you can only get it if you take in the factors named by schango mentioned

Like someone said - you are comparing apples with pears. That said only Accutane stands a chance, not guaranteed, of curing your permenantly and will beat the others hands down if you are suffering from severe acne. Even if your acne is mild/moderate, with all the rest your acne will come back if you stop using them if you haven't grown out of your acne naturally.
