Consensus 4 diet(s)

After reading through many of the diet/holistic health topic forums on Ance.org, I wanted to see if there was a consensus as to a diet that works. Eliminating carbohydrates from your diet seemed to come up as the most popular method of choice. Here are a few links as to why eliminating carbohydrates stood out the most:

I also found many topics relating to unsprouted wheat being bad and sprouted being good. Wheat seems to be an important topic simply because it was a lot to do with a healthy diet. In order to maintain a healthy diet you should eat all the fruits, veggies and certain grains even though some still try to avoid wheat. There are still many other grains that aren't wheat related. To be more specific, you should avoid white and refined flours which end up reducing the b vitamins in our bodies.

I think it is important to mention that when it comes to acne and diet there really isn’t a single rule to go by. For some, acne can be caused by an allergic reaction to certain foods. For others, no matter how they limit their diet the acne will keep coming back. This being the case, I think people should first visit an allergist to find out if they have any food allergies. Also have your hormone levels checked to see if there is some irregularity. These two measures are important because then you would have a better idea as to the cause of your acne (hormonal or not) and whether you should start dieting to prevent your acne.
