A few questions about needling

I have a pretty scarred forehead more than other areas of my face. I have a deep canal type rolling scar in the middle of my forehead. From what I've read needling might be good for my forehead, what do you guys think?

1) Where can I get this done? Do I just go to a well known tattoo artist and ask them to needle my forehead?

2) Can they do my forehead?

3) I'm guessing if you go to a tattoo artist it is just like the cost of getting a tattoo, so pretty cheap right?

Thanks guys!
