WeCanDoThis 0 Share Posted October 15, 2003 More often than not, one is adviced to drink "plenty of water" when combating acne. Undoubtably, sufficient water intake is good for the body in general, but why would it be particurlary good for ones acne? If the argument is that everything that's good for your body in general is good for your skin, then everybody with a healthy life style should clear up and vice versa, and that is - as some of us have noticed - not the case. I am very interested in hearing how "lots of water" can help improve acne. (please state your source)... :-k
gskowal 0 Share Posted October 15, 2003 HELL YEAH!!.. it will make your skinn soft and wash out lots of your TOXINS from your body.. BUT don`t think that if you drink plenty today tomorrow you will wake up with no ACNE.. it takes time for your body to get used to it and in about a week , some people 2 weeks you will see a difference..
