Exercise for me. No, you don' have to go run a marathon, but just 30 minutes a few times a week really calms me down (and boy do I have a lot of stress).

Getting rid of toxity people (bad, worthless friends) seemed to help a lot too...

And feel free to vent your little heart out on these boards... its helped me manage my acne related stress.

I've heard that B5 also helps manage stress and stress hormones, but I don't know enough to back that up with anything (even though I take B5, I don't know if it helps with my stress or not).
