so far i ate today:

b: an organic apple and a handful of raw almonds

l: a big salad w/ spinach, alfalfa sprouts, raw pumpkin seeds, extra virgin olive oil and salsa

s: stonyfield organic plain whole milk yogurt w/ wild blueberries, shredded coconut and cinnamon

Just breakfast so far for me:

-bowl of Wheaties w/ skim milk

-1/2 green apple

-1 banana

-glass of pure OJ

already know what i'm going to have for lunch (leftovers from last night's dinner)

-german meal of :sauerkraut, pork/turkey sausage, green peppers, onions, potatoes seasoned w/ salt & pepper

it feels so much better to eat foods i prepared versus frozen dinners!

Green smoothie,

Two slices of gluten free toast (1 marmalade, 1 honey),

..three wholegrain maple syrup oat bars,

Gluten and dairy free apple crumble,

Some unsweetened carob

and in a minute some vegetable stew.

I'm super hungry today. I've kind of..given up on being as healthy as I was before :\

I don't tend to eat regular meals, except dinner sometimes...kind of graze through the day--

2 apples with almond butter

curried chicken salad w/ apples and grapes (really good)

A salad with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, green pepper, carrot, and pumpkin seeds.

probably 6 or 8 glasses of water, 2 cups of tea.

Wow...that looks like not a lot of food at all...but seriously, I don't *feel* like I'm starving myself.

Ive been on this body building weight gain diet for a week now ..its very strict but not too much well not for me .Im doubling up my calories and carbs . No fast food, no sodas,lots of water,pastas and bread very moderate and low sugars .

tryin to keep away from gluten. these are yesterdays meal.

7 am 1 cup of oatmeal with fruit

with water.

10 am 4 egg whites 1 egg whole with turkey bacan

with orange juice .

1 pm skinless chicken breast 2 pieces, rice pilaf and more oatmeal

with grape juice .

2pm.snacks : little peice of sweet bread and little bit of pumkin pie

4 pm meat loaf with vegatables and wild gluten free rice

lots of water

6 pm cesar chicken salad

8pm chicken fajitas ,pinto beans and mexican rice with corn tortillas

with water

l: salad w/ tempeh, salsa, olive oil, pumpkin seeds

s: 3 tbsp organic natural peanut butter and 2 cups of green tea

d: salad and veggie soup
