I saw a post where someone was listing what they ate and a few people followed. I thought it would be fun to start this post. What did YOU eat today? Were you good :angel: or bad?!!! :evil:

Jack In The Box #10: chicken strips & curly fries

1 piece of chocolate chip cheese cake

mom's spaghetti noodle, alfredo, chicken & brocolli creation

salad with balsamic vinegar dressing

1 and 1/2 blueberry pop tarts

and im about to go get some chips...probably tortilla or doritos.

wooo.

ive been :angel: so far today..

cereal &milk (muesli)

apple

capaccino& bagel

tuna pasta w. salad

orange juice

but its now 4:31 pm and heres where it gets a bit more :evil:

im tucking into a snickers as i type this

i intend to have a couple of after work drinks

and weve decided to do the whole dvd&pizza thing for dinner tonight

so.. not bad really although i do see some areas for improvement :P

ps: you really should put threads like this in the lounge stevie ;)

4 blue berry waffles

sunflower seeds (raw and toasted), almonds, cashews

sandwich wit turkey mustard lettuce

caramel nut Crunch brand cereal, awesome shit (contains milk ingrediants =(

more of those nuts and seeds

then persian food, kabob with rice

(im azn, a bit out of the ordinary)

I don't eat alot usually..... To much food makes me feel FAT!!! AHHHHHHHHH!!! :redface:

Breakfast:

Two egg whites one yolk scarmabled (a tiny bit of butter in the pan). A tomato, and half an avacado, cut up and dressed with a little lime juice, crushed garlic and salt........Two Tablespoons of UOD's Choice Oil blend, chased with a big gulp of my OJ/Psyllium concoction (I take no-pulp orange juice and mixt about 2 tablespoons of psyllium husk into it......it tastes like OJ with pulp)......

Lunch:

Some Three Bean Vegetarian Chile I made the other day........

Snack:

Some strawberries, and 4 peanut M&M's

Dinner:

Plan on doing something with the Bluefish I caught the other day (I have three pounds in my freezer)....maybe broil it or something.....with a side of sauteed spinich and chicpeas.............

lunch- turkey, cheese, cucumber, tomato on wheat bread

choc. milk

cookie

snack/dinner- peanut butter & cheese crackers, salad, and more crackers.

and maybe an apple or banana....i don't remember

Meh. Lets see...

I had a cup of yogurt.

Then a salad with chickpeas, lettuce, broccoli and sunflower seeds and ranch dressing. A soda with the salad (bad bad me).

I had a small bowl of pineapple and a handful of pumpkin seeds.

A psyllium shake with 100% grape juice.

Besides that just lots and lots of water.

i think dairy definitely affects my acne...anyone else experienced this??

Green smoothie in the moring.

Snacked on pecans.

Ate some broccoli dipped in hummus / guacamole for another snack.

Gonna have tofu for dinner.

Today:

Half (about 4 inches) of a veggie sub at work

Once slice of veggie pizza ... minus the cheese

A couple bites of steak :sick:

Some foil-wrapped bbq potatoes with extra virgin olive oil

A corn on the cob

and i intend to eat some more in a little while, probably some sherbert or cookies.

omg ok cookies it is. Double Chocolate Milanos.

wow i didnt eat much today. i spose ive been :angel:

actually, I started it only few days ago..

started with only vegetarian food.. then switch to fruits only yesterday

it's coz of my acne recently.

I want to eat meat and meat and only meat... but I can't. well.. maybe after my face is smooth again.

8.30 AM

-2 egg whites with beans

11 AM

-One cup of cheerios with sparkling water

2 PM

-Turkey rolls in seaweed

-Brown rice with one cup of veggies (kelp, broccoli, peppers)

5 PM

-Sardines with spinach wraps

7.30 PM

-Small cup of oatmeal with water

man society has taught us to eat like crap!

ive been more health-conscious for the past year anyhow..

today:

brown rice

korean-style seaweed stew

roasted bell peppers, zucchini, and onions (YUM! i love my oven)

brown rice pasta (GREAT alternative to regular pasta.. for all you who are grain/gluten conscious. it tastes awesome!!! barely a difference)

3 apples

1 peach

green tea

about 1.5L water

unfortunately i had to resort to buying Tim Horten's for dinner today cuz i had no time to take food with me to my evening class. so i had a vege sandwich on whole wheat bread... but GAH they loaded the cream cheese. ewww i wiped it like all off.

also had a ministrone soup.. ugh, too much sodium content.... next time i will definately pack a meal

and fatty.

i dont think ive ever tried to eat healthy, i usually just do...but recently ive been craving crap. i think its my new job (italian resturant) and these Yasmin pills!!!

Breakfast: 2 Peanut Butter sandwiches and a Banana

Lunch: Foot-long meatball sub from Subway

Dinner: Steak and a big heaping plate of fettuccine

And now I'm eating a bowl of Coffee ice-cream. Probably eat something small a little later on. :razz:

Haha i'll take that challenge. Dont be mislead by my 97 lbs and small frame. I eat like a truck driver. yea it's called Spiros: Pizza and Pasta. Really good food. SUCH a good job. Most laid back job anyone would every have in their life.
