how does a tan go away?

exfoliating and just fades gradually. I stop tanning around this time and my tan is already almost gone especially on my face because of the ACV. It is so tempting to keep a tan all year round because I work at a tanning salon but I know that isn't good for my skin :( I wish there was nothing wrong with it. Now I have to wait until like May to get a tan again.
