High-Carb Acne-Friendly Foods

Here's the thing: I have acne but I'm also light & have high metabolism, I'm almost 6ft tall but weigh only 63kg (probably ~140 pounds for America) so I wanna gain weight, but the foods that are acne-friendly seem unsurprisingly to be stuff like fruit, veges etc. So I was wondering if people trying to get rid of acne AND gain weight could share some recipes.

I'll start:

Sweet Berry Oatmeal

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup milk (i know it's bad, but it's not much and water tastes craaaaaap)

1 tablespoon honey

decent sprinkling of frozen berries (you could use any fruits i guess, I actually get packs of frozen high antioxidant berries from the supermarket)

-shove everything into a bowl


-microwave on high for 90 seconds

-take out & remix

-microwave on high for 60 seconds


The sweetness of honey & tartness of berries go great together, normally I can't stand oats but I like this.
